Comeleon was brought to light in 2019 as an initiative of Dijana & Viktor Vetturelli. They felt the need to open a discourse on the topics of organizational culture & organizational agility because of the flooded market with false narratives. Silke Hermann, a business humanist and author of a business bestseller on complexity, joined the first edition as a speaker.
Yet, soon it was clear that they share the same passion.
