Daniel Ackermann

11 years ago, Daniel co-founded a company called Degordian. Today, it’s one of the biggest digital marketing agencies in the region, with offices in Zagreb, Mostar and Beograd.
Daniel considers employee satisfaction to be the cornerstone of every successful enterprise, which is why he is so proud of being recognized as a five-time “Best Employer” in Croatia.
He also co-founded two sister companies, Mediatoolkit and Bornfight. Together with Degordian, the group now manages over 200 employees.
