REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

​

The number of tickets for physical participation is limited to 100 due to epidemiological measures. However, if the measures are relaxed, we will release additional tickets for sale. Otherwise, at any given time till the 10th of October, you will have the possibility to switch to Virtual access and get a refund of the difference or cancel completely. A refund will be made at the End of October 2021.

The number of virtual tickets is limited to 100 due to interactive workshops, and our aim to offer a max. experience. The payment is non-refundable, but a name can be substituted by another one till 10th October 2021.
